JMP (for those who don't know) is the SAS spreadsheet-like standalone software. (All links are current as of December 20, 2008.) ![]() These forums are frequently read (and easily searchable), so I believe spending time on a more comprehensive answer will help people with similar SAS and SSIS issues in the future. I recently have earned MCT credentials in the Microsoft world. I have been a SAS user since 1991, and have presented at many SAS technical conferences. I will answer your question, and provide more contextual information about SAS (for those who have not used it). I have no idea how to go about doing this. I want to create an SSIS package to take snapshots of our database at regular intervals and export the data directly into a SAS JMP File. Has anyone out there worked on a project to export data from a SQL Server Database into the SAS JMP file format?
